The Joker is one of the most iconic characters in the Batman franchise. Brand-new to the Diamond Select lineup of classic TV show busts is this gorgeously rendered offering! Hearken back to Cesar Romero’s key role on the hit show, complete with the painted-over mustache to add authenticity. Designed by Barry Bradfield with Jean St. Jean collaborating with his sculpting skills, this 6-inch sculpt is ready for you to scoop up and proudly display.
The adjective “cute” might not be your go-to when it comes to describing the highly complex, stood-the-test-of-time urban heroes of Gotham City. But all of that is about to change. Here, inspired by the art of Dustin Nguyen, comes the first offering in the “Li’l Gotham” 4-inch series. Add this tiny, chubby Batman to your collection to provoke a smile or two from your guests. And yourself, too.
The Justice League Dark, known for their supernatural powers and their handling of matters deemed too extraordinary for the original Justice League, are an indispensable and unique squad. First announced in 2011 as a new First Wave title in the New 52 conglomerate, the “JLD” are now rushing to us in action-figure form!
The original comic-book narrative touches on more melancholy themes of the struggle and tension that the heroes experience in relation to otherworldly powers, and these 6-inch renderings evoke the dark mood appropriately. And this is even more exciting given that this past July, Guillermo del Toro confirmed that he was working on a screenplay for a feature-length film centred around the JLD. So much excitement! Everybody! Get ready — Marvel has announced their movie lineup for the next six years. And it looks positively awesome. Although we can’t help but mention the fact that a little over a week ago, DC made a similar announcement, making this an amusing sort of comic-book titans catch-up game. Well, hey. We’ve all got to make a living, right? And when keeping up with the Joneses means staying on the toes of a major entertainment franchise… okay, now we digress. We’ll let this gif explain it all:
But anyways, back to what’s important — the Marvel Cinematic Universe announced 15 titles that will be released in the next six years. Whew! These will include Captain America: Civil War (May 2016), Guardians of the Galaxy 2 (May 2017 — new date), Thor: Ragnarok (July 2017), Black Panther (November 2017), Avengers: Infinity War Part I (May 2018), Captain Marvel (July 2018), Inhumans (November 2018) and Avengers: Infinity War Part 2 (May 2019).
Would it be irrational to pre-pop the unlimited bags of popcorn we’ll inevitably consume during all of these movies?
(Psst — you can also check out Newsarama’s nifty, chronologically ordered list of all the superhero films coming out from now until 2020 here. Awesome.)

Say what? This statue is, in a word or two, absolutely fantastic. Depicting inseparable adventure duo and arguably two of the most beloved characters from Guardians of the Galaxy, this 5 inch ArtFX statue marks a pop culture era. Rocket Raccoon is primed for battle with a grimace and a bazooka, and Groot is his ever-enigmatic self, stoically leading his furry friend where he must go. Kotobukiya is to thank for this imaginative rendering. Grab it now!
In her trademark all-black ensemble, replete with thigh-high boots and a utility belt, Catwoman isn’t about to reveal the secrets of her trade. She just wants you to observe and acknowledge — she’ll handle the rough work. After all, she’s got to put her burglar skills to use, right? And, lest we forget: This scene was everything.
True to Anne Hathaway’s depiction of the role, Catwoman is facially sculpted according to the film’s aesthetic. Her stance is somehow nonchalant and attentive at the same time, which gives the figurine a special something. She stands just over 6 inches tall and comes with interchangeable hand parts. Preorder her now for July delivery. This one’s sure to be in-demand amongst dedicated Catwoman fans.
